David is a practicing Emergency Medicine physician with an entrepreneurial slant. He came up with the idea of SnapHealth back in 2003 but it wasn't until now that the cost of health insurance and what physicians were getting reimbursed diverged so far that the concept made sense.
David is a Northwestern University graduate; attended medical school at The Ohio State University and specialized in Emergency Medicine At George Washington University.
Chris is a Dartmouth graduate, went to medical school at Robert Wood Johnson, and after an Internship in Internal Medicine at UMDNJ completed residency in Emergency Medicine at Mt. Sinai. Chris earned his MBA in the executive program at Columbia University, concentrating on Healthcare Entrepreneurship, and Value Investing.
Chris has extensive healthcare administration and operational experience, and was named Medical Director of the Year for one the largest contract based hospital groups in the country. He is an avid runner and a previous Olympic Trials Qualifier in the Men's Marathon.
DJ was named #2 on Forbes list of most influential Data Scientists in the world in 2011, and is currently in Residence at Greylock Partners. Previously he was the Chief Product Officer at Color as well as the Chief Scientist and led the Analytics and Data Teams at the LinkedIn Corporation. At LinkedIn he was responsible for all analytics projects including reporting, web analytics, as well as products on the site that leverage LinkedIn's unique data set. Some of these products include, People You May Know, Who's Viewed My Profile, Talent Match, Skills, Career Explorer, and the other recommendation engines.
Previous to LinkedIn, Dr. Patil was a Distinguished Research Scientist and the Director for Strategy, Product, and Analytics of Corporate Architecture at eBay Inc. He received a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego and a Doctorate in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland in the top ranked applied nonlinear dynamics and chaos group.
Justin is a software developer and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. He is founder of both Prefinery, the first company to provide online beta management software as a service for web sites, and Compulsivo, a boutique Ruby on Rails consulting firm which specializes in taking ideas to launch in 6 weeks or less. He is currently responsible for the design and development of the SnapHealth web site.
